BBI Argentina is a Mendoza-based investment advisory specialising in off-market agricultural and hospitality asset acquisitions for qualified international buyers. The firm was founded to solve a specific problem: the best agricultural land in Argentina — planted vineyards, operational wineries, producing orchards and productive estancias — does not list on public portals. It changes hands through personal relationships.
BBI Argentina's three service lines — Origination, Advisory and Execution — were designed around that reality. Origination builds and maintains the relationships that create pipeline access. Advisory coordinates the legal, regulatory and financial structuring that Argentine acquisitions require. Execution manages the post-acquisition transition that determines whether an asset performs from the first season.
The firm operates from Mendoza and works with buyers from North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
